I keep my coaching intentionally simple. Thrive, my six-week one-to-one coaching programme, is the starting point for meaningful change and can be repeated if ongoing support is helpful. From there, Sustain offers flexible maintenance sessions, and I occasionally run small group programmes for shared seasons and challenges.

Thrive is a six-week, one-to-one health coaching journey created for women who are carrying a lot and ready to feel steadier, more energised, and more like themselves again—without overhauling their lives.
This is personalised, supportive coaching that fits inside your real life. Each week, you’ll receive gentle guidance, thoughtful accountability, and practical tools designed to help you restore energy, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable habits from the inside out. There’s no pressure to do more, no rigid routines, and no unrealistic expectations—only small, meaningful shifts that actually stick.
Six weeks is the minimum amount of time needed to step out of survival mode and begin creating real, lasting change. It allows space for your body and nervous system to settle, for clarity to return, and for new rhythms to take root. Many clients choose to continue with additional six-week blocks to deepen progress and build long-term steadiness—at a pace that feels supportive and right for them.
