Welcome to a purposeful, simpler, and intentional life—created for women carrying a lot.

For years, I looked capable on the outside while quietly running on empty—juggling motherhood, home, work, and the invisible mental load that comes with being the reliable one. Then my cancer diagnosis brought everything to a halt. Eighteen months of treatment—including long, silent UVB sessions where I stood alone with nothing but red glasses and my thoughts—became the pause that changed me. In the stillness, I prayed, faced fear, and discovered that God was present with me in every moment.

That season forced me to rebuild from the inside out. Not by doing less—I couldn’t—but by creating more capacity within my body and mind. I began with small, sustainable micro-habits: improving sleep, gentle nourishment, supportive movement, mindset renewal, and creating a calmer, low-tox home. Step by step, my energy steadied, my nervous system softened, and life became intentional instead of reactive.

 

Today, I support overwhelmed mums in high-responsibility seasons to restore energy, calm, and clarity—so they can feel like themselves again, even while carrying the life they can’t step away from.

As a holistic health coach, I guide you through small, realistic shifts that fit inside your real life—not an idealised version with endless time and energy. Together, we focus on restoring steadiness and capacity by supporting hormones, rebuilding energy, reducing toxic load, nourishing your mind and body, and creating simple, sustainable rhythms you can actually maintain.
